At 1½ Autumn Rae was diagnosed with MPS IV Type A (Morquio Syndrome), a rare but serious disease that there is presently no cure or specific treatment for. MPS is a progressively degenerative disease that tends to mostly affect healthy bone growth along with other health problems and shortened life spans. In Autumn’s case it affects her heart.
Family and Friends of Autumn Rae are hosting a benefit on July 23rd starting at 3pm at Brennan’s on Lincoln. Donations from the community and local businesses are welcomed, as is participation and support on the 23rd. There will be raffles, silent auctions and live entertainment!
