A seven rider wide five minute long stream of bicyclists participated in the Los Angeles Critical Mass this evening which went through Venice. Accompanied by LAPD officers on bicycles, motorcycles and cars, Critical Mass organizers say that up to 3,000 participants take part in the rides.
The ride started at Wilshire and Western at 7:30 pm. The roughly 30 mile ride headed west on Venice and then north on Lincoln headed back to the end point at Sunset Blvd. and Western Avenue.
Awesome stuff! Everyone looked like they were having a ton of fun (except maybe the people in cars that had to follow) and the LAPD were making sure everyone was safe!
