LAPD Crackdown on Texting While Driving Starts April 4th

The Council District 11 Twitter feed notes that on April 4th, the LAPD will begin cracking down on drivers that are texting. The crackdown will be in effect until the end of the month.

Legally drunk drivers have better “behind the wheel” response times than drivers that are texting, as shown in the video below.
