There was a shooting (in Mar Vista) just a block from my house. At approximately 8:15pm at the alleyway behind the 12700 block of Caswell Avenue. Helicopter was out looking for the suspect and apparently a victim also. One officer confirmed there was blood at the scene. There was a perimeter set up and any car attempting to leave the area was searched top to bottom, guns drawn and all.
