RIP: Joshua Terry Kandal. February 2, 1970 – December 10, 2010
A Memorial Service will be held for Josh Kandal on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at the Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills Old North Church. Kandal, well known and liked in Venice as the owner of The Garter, took his own life last weekend.
Born in Los Angeles, Kandal was raised in the N.E.L.A community of Mount Washington. Kandal was a founding partner at EPS (Electronic Picture Solutions), loved motorcycles and VW Buses and was an avid snowboarder, skater and surfer. He is remembered by friends for his extreme generosity and zest for life.

There will not be a funeral, as a cremation will be held privately for the family.
