This Wednesday, September 9, 2009 the Santa Monica Pier is celebrating its 100th birthday.
From 6:00 p.m. – 6:25p.m there is a “grand re-opening” ceremony.
From 6:45 p.m. – 8:25 p.m. there is the “100 minute Birthday Party” with a concert featuring award-winning A Capella Group “Vybration”, “The Big Bamboo Steel Band” and the legendary “King of Surf Guitar” Dick Dale.
From 8:50 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. there is a grand finale of fireworks.
