I have a favorite dog walk here in Venice that I went on again today. From the canals, you head south down Dell which turns into Via Dolce. Via Dolce has a trailhead which then leads down the side of the canals on the Marina Del Rey side. At the end, you walk down Via Marina and to the breakwater at the end of the Marina. Sure, it takes you through Marina Del Rey .. but at the mid point you get to look back and see Venice!

This is so great to see! My boyfriend and I just started walking south of Washington on Ocean Walk with our dog, hiking through just sand at some points.
It you get lazy you could have someone walk it for you!
