The Venice Neighborhood Council Land Use and Planning Committee will discuss a proposed 12 unit condominium at 522 Venice Blvd. this evening starting at 6:45 PM. Additional discussion will include Cel Phone towers, approval of a full liquor license for the Rose Cafe (awesome!), expansion of the proposed Boost Cafe on Abbot Kinney and a proposal for the Mystic Journey Bookstore to convert four of their existing parking spaces into retail space.

There is concern that the developers of 522 Venice Blvd are attempting to make a land grab for the land on the corner of Venice adjacent to their property which was designated a city park. Park supporters ask that you show up and voice your opinion!
