Venice Sign Lighting + Block Party Tomorrow Night!

The inaugural “holiday lighting” of the Venice Sign + block party will be held tomorrow night starting at 6pm! The Venice Sign, located at Windward and Pacific, will be getting a holiday makeover for the month of December!

Highlights of the evening will include performances by local musicians Jeremy Parker and Rachel Toczko as well as the band Venice! The ceremonial sign lighting will be done by a local celebrity actor that was in the awesome Greaser’s Palace!

The Ave Venice

During the event, our friends at The Ave (64 Windward) will be getting into the holiday spirit with their very own Venice Sign holiday t-shirt! Mention Yo! Venice! and you will get the limited edition print on a t-shirt or tank top for a discount price of $10! A very merry deal indeed! Check out Venice Originals for holiday presents too!

Lines may get crowded during the block party, so remember that the Sidewalk Cafe has great happy hour prices! See you there!

6-6:15pm: Suzy Williams and Brad Kay
6:15-6:40pm: Jeremy Parker and Rachel Toczko
7-7:45pm: Venice (the band)
7:45-8pm: Lighting of the Venice Sign
8-8:15pm: Brad Kay
8:15-9pm: Jingle Bell Rockers

Revelers who bring an unwrapped toy for the Muscle Beach Toy Drive will receive discounts at participating businesses during the Friday evening festivities! Drop off your toys at Danny’s!
