WiSC is a partnership between owner/operator John Mascarenhas and Brad Johnson and his restaurant management company (Roxbury, BLT Steak, Post & Beam). The team have brought in chefs Kevin Kathman (formerly of French Laundry and NYC’s Daniel) and Dustin Taylor (Daniel and NYC’s Waverly Inn) to execute the farm-to-table small plates with a Southern twist menu WiSC customers have come to love.
The bar at WiSC, whose program was created by Daniel Nelson of Writer’s Room fame, will be open for wine, beer, and cocktails beginning at 4pm nightly with the restaurant beginning service at 6pm. Brunch and lunch service will begin in the near future.
The restaurant will be open for dinner tomorrow (Thursday the 4th), they are having a private party this evening for friends to celebrate. I’ll post the menu here when they send it over tomorrow!
