2nd Annual “Sleep Out” To End Homelessness: August 25th

The 2nd annual “Sleep Out” to end homelessness will be held this year on August 25th starting at 4pm at Beyond Baroque on Venice.

Please join us for a wonderful day of Community Unity at our 2nd Annual Sleep Out in support of our unHoused neighbors! This event will be all about Community Unity and exploring solutions to the issues surrounding our unHoused community members.

Starting at 4pm on August 25th, there will be music, food, art, games and many and various funfiled activities! Then at 7pm our Evening Program begins with well known local musicians, comics, speakers, a film screening and, spoken word and so much more! At 10pm you are invited to sleep out with us that night to show solidarity for those in our community who must do so every night.

Then Sunday we will have some inspirational music as we share a yummy breakfast together!

Love to see you all there!

The event is open to all and is completely free. This is a gift to the community from Occupy Venice and supported by the VCUC, Whole Foods and may other progressive organizations in Venice.
