Pillows: Lori Kingsnorth‘s tips for some great shopping finds around Venice!
Armand Stansbury is both proprietor and designer of the Stansbury furniture line featured at his shop. Stansbury began “designing” furniture in his childhood, his earliest influence being his mother, an interior designer. Stansbury uses locally sourced accents for his chic California style furnishings, the skull pillow featured here being one of them. I love this studded skull pillow and it is the perfect distinct accent available in white/black/or brown.
Hot Moon consists of a curated collection of unique contemporary furnishings/art/ and textiles. Store owner Gaby Ruvolo uses her global travels to collect the textiles which are used in the creation of the pillows in her shop. The beautifully crafted pillows reflect the exotic lands from where that have come. Hot Moon’s pillow collection is filled with ‘one of a kinds’ that will definitely add lots of personality to a room.
Weego has offered a huge selection of pillows at their store for the past 9 years. Store owner Asher Richter notes that pillows are the perfect (and inexpensive ) way to ‘change up’ a room. I adore the vibrant colors and the combo of linen and velvet on the pillows. Weego Home is a uber chic shop with a minimalist vibe that is both playful and sophisticated.
