Anyone happen to know who this guy is or seen him around Venice? Reader Milt has video surveillance footage of this guy allegedly taking his 75th anniversary black Schwinn from inside his building at 2:07 AM. Great idea for people to have surveillance cameras these days … systems really don’t cost that much, can be found at Fry’s and installed easily.
