Venice volunteers will do their part counting the homeless tomorrow night from 6pm as part of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority 2016 Homeless Count.

Last year the count saw Los Angeles named homeless capital of America. The nearly 42,000 homeless counted a worrying number considering many believe that number will go up this year.
Volunteers have signed up from across the Westside, however people are still needed for the count in Westchester-Playa del Rey, Del Rey, and Brentwood. People from these areas wanting to volunteer can sign up online.
For those that have already signed up the different deployment locations are listed on the They Count Will You website.
