Steve Christensen writes in that during low tide this evening the starfish were out in force along the beaches of Venice. This one was at the jetty at the end of 24th.
Starfish mainly live on the bottom of the sea, small holes in rocks and in coral reefs.

Starfish don’t chose to come ashore, they are washed up after high tides or storms. Low tide is at 5:07 am and 6:34 pm tomorrow. Go check it out, and help the starfish by carefully placing them back into the ocean!
