Odd that the “Streets to Homes” / “Vehicles to Homes” final contract is only available by “email request” from LAHSA. It’s not on their web site, it’s not on the CD11 web site. From the looks of it, there was not even an official announcement or press release from LAHSA, PATH or CD11?
