The Penmar Recreation Center “Little Learners” program is run by the City and the fees are paid to the City. “Little Learners” is a jump start program for toddlers from the ages of 2-5 who are potty trained. They follow a lesson plan which allows the toddlers to learn the alphabet, numbers, shapes, cooking, science, fitness and games. Classes are from 9am-1pm Monday-Thursday.
