The victim was struck about 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 14, a Sunday, at the

The car, described as a 1960s to 1970s model Chevrolet Impala with
a cream-colored top and blue or green body, was northbound on Pacific
Avenue when it struck the woman, who was walking with her dog, heading east on
Horizon, police said.

The vehicle was last seen continuing north on Pacific Avenue.
