Pork Belly’s, which opened on Abbot Kinney in mid-July, is expanding further into the catering and events market with a new food truck, expected to be working the streets of L.A. by late September.
The restaurant, founded by partners with careers in real estate, is envisioned as a multi-location “brand” in Los Angeles and then beyond.
In other news, Pork Belly’s has also started serving until 2 AM on Friday and Saturday. I ate there yesterday … the brisket is great!
