The National Weather Service has issued a “coastal hazard message” for Los Angeles. A “coastal flood advisory” remains in effect from 5 am Thursday to 11 am Saturday. “King Tides” are expected, with high surf and strong winds.
Minor coastal flooding is expected along immediate coastal areas due to high tides, with high surf and windy conditions each morning from Thursday through Saturday. Beaches from San Luis Obispo to Los Angeles may be affected.
