The Venice Neighborhood Council will hold its next board meeting on Tuesday, November 27 at which point it will swear in its 21 newly elected board members in a ceremony led by 11th District Councilmember Bill Rosendahl. The ceremony will also honor outgoing board members and celebrate the VNC’s strong voter turnout during the recent Oct 28 elections, which was the highest in the city.
The VNC is also seeking applicants for elected positions on the Neighborhood Committee and the Land Use and Planning Committee (LUPC). Applications are due by the December Board Meeting on Dec. 18.
