Awareness Fest West: November 2-4 at Electric Lodge!

The Awareness Fest West Film Festival will be held at the Electric Lodge from November 2-4 of this year. This biannual fundraising event “primarily benefits the non-profit organization Heal One World“. The Los Angeles-based foundation offers alternative treatments to low-income and underserved demographics. Heal One World seeks to educate people about preventative healthcare, non-traditional / complementary modalities, natural non-invasive treatments and self-help techniques for the body, mind and soul.

The festival is a “multi-media weekend festival that includes conscious film premieres, a bike-in outdoor film screening, multiple donation-based yoga classes, and health-oriented parties”. Opening night activities include the bike/stake/walk-in screening of ‘With My Own Two Wheels’ in the Electric Lodge parking lot, an art exhibit and opening party. The schedule of events is as follows (All films except Rock the Boat are FREE!):

Friday, November 2:
