Elizabeth Paige Smith has moved from Abbot Kinney Blvd, but visits to her new studio are available by appointment only. 310-392-8060.
Eden’s Green Closet will be opening at 1423 AKB (Soft Opening on Saturday April 5th. Grand Opening on May 10th). A little sign on the window says "I buy, sell, and trade clothing. Bring your child’s gently used, good quality clothing and chances are, I’ll offer you cash on the spot, or store credit. I have new and used name brand and high-end children’s clothing and gear. I sell accessories and books as well as some other items for parents."
Judging by the current display in the window, Eden will be selling clothing for very lazy children…and she will have no need to include hats in her inventory. So if your lazy headless children have outgrown their old clothes and need some new ones – Eden’s Green Closet can help solve both issues.
And, she has a blog . We are all about stores with blogs! (ooo – that would make a good post. Stores With Blogs. Stay tuned…)
UPDATE: Walking by on Saturday, I saw that the store is coming together nicely. The mannequins have been woken up and properly dressed. It looks really cute inside too! I love the idea of a recycled-clothing boutique in the nabe. What do you guys think?
