Looks like Dr. Morton W. Barke’s “Evaluation Center for Medical Marijuana” and “Botox on the Beach” at 1309 Ocean Front Walk may be on the way out if they don’t come to an agreement on their rent. An employee of the Botox/ Evaluation Center said that they “aren’t closing”, but they are on a month to month lease and the new going rate is 2,000 sq feet for $14,000 a month.
