General and cosmetic dentist Dr. Ray Partovy is taking over the 2655 sq. ft office space at 3206 Washington. Partovy is a graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry (1989) that currently practices at 13450 Maxella in Marina Del Rey.
3206 Washington was previously home to the Marina Bank and “The Real Estate Consultants” group, but had been unoccupied for two years. In 2011 a group effort led by triangle residents with the assistance of the LAPD and Councilman Rosendahl’s office shut down a large homeless camp that had taken over the abandoned property.
